Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Business Administration Support to join our Employability team.
We offer a range of employability services for our customers and the wider public across the Tees Valley. Our team supports people who are not in employment, education or training, as well as anyone looking to change career or find a new job.
You’ll provide a fantastic administration service across the team to support our service to give people a helping hand and enable them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support our Employability service with a range of administration tasks to ensure we meet our contractual requirements and enable us to deliver a first-class service.
- Carry out several administrative functions including maintaining records on external and in-house systems, raising purchase orders and providing general administrative support to the team.
- Set up and assist at meetings including organising venues, prepare paperwork and minute taking.
- Record and distribute referrals into our Employability service.
- Providing general administration support to the team.
About You
- Fantastic experience within an administration setting or great transferrable skills.
- Excellent organisation and able to proactively manage your workload.
- Great communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who can assist in the delivery of a customer driven service.
