Join us as a Bricklayer at Thirteen Group, working to support our Repairs team. Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Bricklayer to help ensure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Support our Repairs team, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. We will provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you’ll need for the role.
- Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring “right first time” wherever possible.
- Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond. You’ll have a fixed shift pattern of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
- Contribute to our TradePlus scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You
- Relevant experience as a Bricklayer and you’ll complete works to a high standard
- Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
- Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work
- A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations
- We’d particularly be interested in hearing from female applicants
