Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for Support Service Relief Workers (Bank Staff) to join our Care and Support team across Tees Valley. Offering you flexibility in the days you work; our bank Support Service Relief Worker roles enable you to pick up shifts that fit around your current working schedule and personal commitments. We aim to plan ahead for our shifts to cover annual leave; however, at times the notice for the shifts can be short notice to cover urgent requirements. You can choose your own shifts and the venues. This is not a personal care/healthcare role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Our supported housing schemes provide services for a wide range of customers including homeless people, families, women living in a domestic abuse refuge, and young parents.
- You’ll provide support in managing tenancies, managing money, and supporting with health and wellbeing.
- Lone working will be expected from time to time.
- You’ll contribute to support plans and risk assessments.
About You:
- Passionate about supporting people and making a difference to the lives of our customers.
- Experience working with customers from supporting in developing skills to live independently, to building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Previous experience in supporting clients and understanding the importance of safeguarding.
- Your confidence dealing with stressful situations and using your initiative will enable you to work effectively.
- You’ll be flexible and reliable.
- A full UK driving licence or access to a vehicle and ability to travel across the region as required is recommended due to our support services stretching across the boundaries of the North East but is not deemed essential as you can choose from the available shifts that suit you.
