Join us as an Anti‑Social Behaviour Resolution Lead at Thirteen Group! Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Anti‑Social Behaviour Resolution Lead to join our Housing Services team on a permanent basis.
Role Overview: You’ll work with our customers and partners to provide an effective response and resolution to anti‑social behaviour and complex tenancy and lease breaches within our neighbourhoods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our partners, including local authorities and the police.
- Make sure that customers are supported, our neighbourhoods are safe and where our customers want to live.
- Take a lead on complex and challenging situations, ensuring that the right interventions are in place to support our customers.
- Ensure that anti‑social behaviour, tenancy and lease breaches are seen through all the way to resolution.
- Guide and support our Housing Services Coordinators with lower-level cases, you’ll then take a lead on neighbourhood-wide issues.
- Prepare for and represent Thirteen at court hearings.
About You:
- You’ll have fantastic experience in an enforcement or compliance background.
- Someone who delivers an outstanding customer experience that will turn our customers into real fans of Thirteen.
- Comfortable with handling challenging conversations, whilst being respectful and considerate.
- Easily builds relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You’ll also be able to influence, negotiate and challenge.
- Delivers a quality customer experience that’s convenient and responsive to our customers, ensuring that vulnerable customers are supported.
- ASB is a key customer driver. You’ll ensure that we respond to customers in a timely manner, and we meet their expectations.
