Join us as an Anti-Social Behaviour Lead at Thirteen Group! Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Anti-Social Behaviour Lead to join our Housing and Communities team as one of our new housing services leads. As an expert in ASB you’ll drive transformation to enhance ASB services and improve trust in local neighbourhoods.

This is a roam role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. You may need to come into the office more frequently or be out in the community when required to meet business and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the escalation point for serious or complex ASB service issues, using your knowledge to deliver outcomes for customers.
  • Build and develop close working relationships with the police, local authorities, and partner agencies on multi-agency casework and prevention initiatives.
  • Lead on developing our service using customer feedback and community insight.
  • Monitor ASB performance data, spot risks, hotspots, and areas for improvement.
  • Embed ASB expertise across housing teams by delivering training and coaching on ASB law, case management, and multi-agency approaches.
  • Lead or support projects to strengthen ASB prevention, early intervention, and enforcement practices.
  • Ensure that casework complies with legislation, regulation and best practice.
  • Audit casework to ensure quality, compliance, and timeliness of investigations.

About You

  • Great at building relationships with a track record of effectively working with police, local authorities, and community organisations.
  • Experience of improving ASB services and outcomes through prevention and enforcement.
  • Extensive knowledge of ASB law, enforcement tools, and case management processes.
  • Experience of successful working with multi-agencies on complex ASB cases is a bonus.
  • Comfortable training, mentoring, and advising colleagues on ASB best practice.
