Thirdflow is a fast-growing media-first GTM agency focused on one thing: helping B2B companies create predictable, compounding demand.
Founded by operators who have founded and scaled multiple successful ventures in B2B media, Thirdflow partners with ambitious companies that want marketing to be their growth engine.
We design and run content-led demand generation systems that are built to drive pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, content, and distribution, with a strong focus on what actually converts.
Alongside our agency work, we also build and operate our own B2B media brands, including content platforms and live events focused on fast-growing niches. These media properties give us first-hand insight into what actually drives attention, trust, and demand, and they inform how we work with clients day to day. Over the next few months, we plan to launch additional media brands and events across multiple B2B sectors.

The Role
We are hiring a Founder’s Associate to support the execution and delivery of marketing programmes for Thirdflow and our clients.
This is a hands-on role focused on doing the work. You will be in the trenches, helping to execute content and demand generation campaigns, supporting client delivery, and learning how a B2B marketing agency and media business is built from the inside.
You will work closely with the founders and senior team, with direct exposure to how we think about strategy, delivery, and growth.
What You Will Do
- Support the execution of content-led demand generation programmes for clients
- Help produce and manage content across formats including articles, reports, social posts, newsletters, podcasts, and video
- Assist with campaign setup and execution across channels such as email, organic, paid, and partnerships
- Track performance metrics and help report on results
- Support day-to-day client delivery and communication
- Help document processes and improve how we deliver work
- Support the founders and senior team on ad hoc projects as the business grows

- You are reliably executing marketing tasks to a high standard
- You understand how our content and demand programmes work end to end
- You can manage your workload independently and hit deadlines consistently
- Clients and the team trust you to deliver what you are responsible for
- You are developing strong fundamentals in B2B marketing and delivery
