As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you’ll be a critical member of ThirdEye’s growing Salesforce Consulting Practice. You’ll collaborate with clients across industries, helping them deliver scalable, maintainable solutions while supporting both the technical build and team development. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, leadership, delivery, and mentoring—perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems, leading by example, and building strong relationships both internally and with clients. We’re big believers in continuous growth, and as a Tech Lead, you’ll be empowered to expand your expertise across architecture, business analysis, and team leadership while also guiding others on their journey. You’ll work closely with Senior Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to own and shape your solutions while developing deeper platform mastery.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead solution builds across client projects, ensuring technical excellence, platform best practice, and maintainability.
  • Support architectural conversations and ensure alignment with architectural principles and vision.
  • Mentor Senior Developers and facilitate team collaboration and leadership, encouraging communication and shared goals.
  • Deliver clean, well-documented technical solutions, and maintain a high standard of peer review and unit testing.
  • Engage with clients to understand and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Support business change and stakeholder communication, ensuring technical impacts are clearly conveyed and well-managed.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications using tools like Confluence, LucidChart, and Jira.
  • Identify risks early and collaborate with Architects to plan mitigations.
  • Play a central role in Agile delivery—leading ceremonies and ensuring technical priorities are front and centre.
  • Participate in Practice Development by contributing to shared assets, best practice libraries, and internal training.

What You’ve Done:

  • You’ve built complex solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience), using a blend of declarative, including flows and code‑based techniques including Apex and LWC.
  • You’ve worked closely with Technical Architects to shape scalable solutions, offering feasibility input and owning smaller‑scale designs.
  • You’re the go‑to person when things get tricky—supporting escalations, unblocking builds, and offering practical guidance and checkpoints for more junior team members.
  • You’ve run requirement workshops and translated those into clear technical specs and solution designs.
  • You’ve owned the delivery of small‑to‑medium projects or led workstreams on larger projects, delivering on time, within scope, and with a client‑first mindset.
  • You’re confident engaging with clients to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and explain limitations in an accessible way.
  • You’ve implemented and enforced testing best practices (unit, integration) and worked closely with testers to ensure high‑quality output.
  • You’ve led internal training or contributed to community sessions to level up the technical standards across the team.
  • You’re passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem and stay ahead of the curve with tools, patterns, and platform changes.
  • You’ve contributed to change initiatives, delivering onboarding, training, and guiding business users through transitions.
  • You’ve worked in Agile teams, leading ceremonies and ensuring technical risks are raised early and mitigated effectively.
  • You’re familiar with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado, and you take pride in delivering robust, well‑tested code.
  • You enjoy mentoring, providing support, feedback, and technical oversight to help others succeed.
  • You’re building your architectural knowledge and are ready to take on more responsibility in this space, under the guidance of a Technical Architect.

At ThirdEye, we care about your growth as much as we care about delivering exceptional work to our clients. Whether you're looking to deepen your technical expertise, step into architecture, or mentor the next generation of Salesforce experts, we’ll help you get there.
