About the Role

Third Channel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in‑store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits in support of a leading wireless and connectivity brand.

As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in‑store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

This is a highly flexible, supplemental income opportunity, with immediate start dates available upon certification.

Success looks like accurate, on‑time audits, strong brand visibility, and a well‑maintained presence across your assigned retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
  • Perform initial visits with audits, follow‑up visits to resolve issues, and transition into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
  • Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
  • Use the Third Channel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real‑time data and photos.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
  • Tech‑savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
  • Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (i OS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
  • Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
  • Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive starting pay of $24 per hour, based on relevant experience and market conditions.
  • Additional travel incentive added to every store visit.
  • Independent contractor (1099) position offering excellent supplemental income.
  • Flexible scheduling coordinated directly with store management.
  • Store visits scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit (total store count/monthly hours will vary by market).
  • Immediate start dates available upon certification.
