We are looking for a qualified Swim Teacher to join the team to deliver the very best services and to provide a safe and effective learning environment for our Third Space members.
As a Swim Teacher, you will be patient and enthusiastic and be able to motivate our members who are learning to swim. You will also need to have experience in working in a swim school environment in order to deliver a wide range of swimming lessons to adults.
You will adapt and innovate teaching approaches to the age experience and ability of pupils, so they can meet session objectives. You will prepare lesson plans and are responsible for a comprehensive scheme of work for specific lessons that meet therequirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, while having the ability and desire to provide the very best learning environment with a strong focus on safety and safeguarding compliance.
As a requirement, you will have specific experience and qualifications to teach swimming with at least a Level 2 ASA/STA/Swim England swim teaching qualification.
This role will require you to be working flexible hours which will include some bank holidays and weekends.
