Wimbledon is a world-class wellness sanctuary unlike anything in South West London, with an expansive 42,000 square ft workout area including a Yard space where functional fitness is at the forefront.

We are actively hiring inspirational, enthusiastic and engaging people to join the team. A strong passion for group fitness is a must, along with a sense of fun, professionalism, musicality and an energetic outlook on life. We expect you to have great skills and knowledge across modalities in functional fitness and put the participants at the heart of the experience.

To teach our Yard concepts at Third Space you must have the following:

  • Understanding of Cross Fit style programming and delivery
  • Experience coaching or in depth training history within Olympic Lifting and Gymnastic style training
  • Level 3 Personal Training or Level 2 Group Training
  • Currently (or previously) taught classes in an open space setting
  • Must be available to teach at weekends.

Responsibilities and expectations:

We are looking for authentic, passionate coaches who are able to motivate and inspire a community of members within the Yard space. You will have a strong awareness of individual coaching needs, keen to deliver engaging classes whilst providing technical guidance to ensure a world class member experience.

Compensation:

Starting rates are £35 for any new instructors at Third Space, but class pay can increase depending on skills and experience.
