The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Your development and creativity are very much valued and encouraged. Our menu will be a constantly evolving menu that moves with the ingredients coming in and out through the seasons. We believe in fresh, high-quality produce and sustainability.
The ideal applicant will be an experienced Sous Chef, with previous experience of managing people and leading in a high-quality customer care and multi-task fast-paced environment with exemplary standards. You’ll have previous experience in a position of responsibility and a good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures including but not limited to COSHH, HACCP, and Allergens.
You’ll also be passionate about food and exceptional service with good organisation and communication skills.
