We’re looking for a Senior Instructor to support the development of our Strength & Conditioning category, specifically within The Yard at Canary Wharf and Wimbledon. This is a collaborative role that reports into the S&C Master Trainer, focused on driving quality across our signature Yard concepts, mentoring instructors, and supporting the growth of our Group Exercise product.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver up to 17 classes per week across two London clubs, primarily within Yard spaces
- Dedicate 15 hours weekly to business-related duties, including instructor development, class programming, audits, and collaboration with the Master Trainer
- Mentor instructors and support their growth through feedback, shadowing, and upskilling
- Represent Third Space at instructor auditions, education days, and internal GEX events
- Support the Master Trainer in developing, testing, and launching new class formats
- Ensure consistency and quality across our Yard programming, coaching with technical accuracy, energy, and brand alignment
- Support day-to-day studio and Yard operations, including sound, equipment set-up, and environment standards
- Be a visible presence in club, engaging with members and promoting a strong community culture
What We’re Looking For
- CrossFit Level 1 qualification
- Level 3 Personal Trainer or Level 2 Fitness certification
- Experience teaching in open space or functional fitness environments
- Proven experience delivering high-quality strength and conditioning classes
- A strong grasp of programming, coaching cues, and safe progression techniques
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable across multiple locations
