Due to the increasing momentum around our group exercise product and in line with our mission to develop the very best instructors in the world, we’re looking for a Senior Instructor to support our Sport & Performance Master Trainer. The Senior Instructor will display expert knowledge, observation, analysis and specialist coaching in Running within a health club environment. We’ll expect you to be trained in and regularly coaching other Third Space signature concepts within the S&P category.
Responsibilities
- Support other coaches to achieve their goals and ambitions through mentoring and ongoing CPDs, while challenging existing knowledge and developing further understanding through collaboration and strong team ethos.
- Attend Education Days as set with the Master Trainer; engage the teams in club, and organise and attend instructor auditions to help find talented Third Space Instructors of the future.
- Be based on a 32-hour week across 5 days; teach 17 classes per week across two Third Space clubs, in addition to agreed admin time and work with the Master Trainer.
- Be collaborative in approach, well organized, and able to manage a busy workload; be focused on high product and operational delivery and continuously improve these across the instructor population.
