We’re looking for a Senior Instructor to support the development of our Cycle and Classic Group Exercise categories across clubs on a maternity cover contract for up to 12 months. This is a collaborative role, reporting into Cycle and Classic Master Trainer to maintain the quality of our signature classes, mentor instructors, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our group exercise offering.

- Deliver up to 17 Cycle & Classic classes per week across our London clubs.
- Dedicate 15 hours weekly for business related-duties: supporting class programming, musicality, mentoring, and instructor development.
- Support Third Space at instructor auditions, upskill days, and industry events.
- Mentor new and existing instructors, helping them refine their skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with the Master Trainer on class concept development, testing, and launches.
- Maintain the integrity of our signature formats, ensuring each class is delivered with precision, energy, and brand consistency.
- Support studio operations: ensuring lighting, sound, temperature, and equipment are optimised for every session.
- Champion the use of our Cover App and support club teams with cover logistics.
- Engage with members on the gym floor and in the studio—creating a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere.
- A minimum Level 2 fitness qualification and indoor cycling qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience teaching group exercise in a premium environment.
- A deep understanding of musicality and the ability to coach others to move with the beat.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for developing others.
- A flexible, agile approach to working across multiple locations and schedules.
- A passion for Dance and House music, with a strong grasp of musical structure.
- A confident presence on social media and a passion for representing the brand beyond the studio.
