Reporting to the club General Manager and Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets for the individual club, through innovation and proactivity. Key responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to:
- Effectively manage team performance, setting targets, giving feedback, developing and supporting team members to ensure the Third Space values, operating procedures and ways of working are embedded and that the KPI’s are met (membership target numbers achieved).
- Continually providing sales training for the team and other department team members where applicable on sales techniques, to maximise productivity of all club team members who are in a position to sell.
- Respond to member feedback as appropriate, report feedback to relevant departments and GM, where necessary, ensuring a satisfactory outcome in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings and contribute to club and company strategy, sharing best practice and contributing ideas to further enhance the member experience and attract new members.
- Work with the Sales Director and Marketing team to formulate the annual marketing plan and ensure it is implemented correctly, within budget and in a timely manner.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An excellent track record in a sales environment
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience of resource allocation and managing shift rota
You will also need to be happy to work flexibly (unsociable hours and weekends). We’ll also ensure we provide you with all the training, development and support you need to be successful in your role, with opportunities to join our training academies across all areas of the business.
