Our Sales Consultants are the best in the industry, with a real drive and passion for fitness and a determination to ensure that our new and prospective members are set up for success from the moment they first interact with us. It is not about closing the deal by any means necessary here, it is about genuinely getting to know people and truly understanding their goals and motivation for joining a club like ours. You will feel that we are making a difference to their fitness journey and naturally showcase our full-service offering such as our wide range of signature Group Exercise classes and our best in class Personal Trainers, as well as demonstrate how our Spa, Medical and Natural Fitness Food products can enhance their overall experience.

You will be working as part of our in-club team, a collaborative, inclusive team of people who support each other and deliver a first-class service to our members whilst having fun doing so. As part of our Sales offering, we deliver ongoing training, development, courses & qualifications through our Sales Academy. Our in-house Sales Academy, led by our Head of Sales, delivers training to support our Consultants in their roles. We empower our sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to grow in their careers and excel in the dynamic world of sales in the luxury health club industry, while upholding our values of being a community, creating innovatively, living passionately, being reliable and showing expertise.

No day is the same as a Sales Consultant; from booking tours, to phone calls, to outreach and events, being a successful Sales Consultant comes down to building meaningful connections and tailoring the experience to the individual in front of you. A huge part of a members' journey, our Sales Consultants are key to our success at Third Space.

We would love to meet with candidates who can demonstrate their experience of working in a target driven environment, but we are also keen to meet with those who have a genuine passion for fitness, are highly self-motivated, proactive and tenacious individuals. You will be an exceptional communicator, a team-player and demonstrate a strong drive to achieving and exceeding goals.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a basic salary of £27,610 plus uncapped commission. For a Sales Consultant hitting their minimum targets, OTE would be a minimum of £35,000-£40,000+
