As our new Sales Academy Trainer , you’ll be at the heart of this mission - focused on elevating the performance of our sales teams through impactful, engaging, and purpose-driven training. You’ll lead the evolution of our Sales Academy training programmes, designing and delivering learning experiences that empower our Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to succeed in a competitive, luxury fitness market.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver face-to-face and digital training sessions for new and existing sales staff, including onboarding and development programmes.
- Design engaging, blended learning content that reflects our consultative, customer-centric sales approach.
- Coach in-club to reinforce learning, drive behavioural change, and support individual development.
- Coordinate monthly Sales Academy sessions, managing logistics and collaborating with Sales Managers.
- Support the rollout and adoption of our new Learning Management System (LMS), helping to digitise and scale our training content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Concierge, PT, and NFF teams to ensure training is relevant, aligned, and impactful.
- Travel between clubs to deliver on-site sessions and support new starters (primarily based at Canary Wharf).
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally with a focus on face-to-face and blended training.
- Strong planning and organisational skills - you’ll be managing calendars, sessions, and logistics.
- A confident facilitator and communicator, able to connect with people at all levels and adapt your style to suit the audience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - flexibility is key.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others grow (industry experience is a bonus, not a must).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is a plus.
