As we expand our offering at our Islington club, we’re excited to launch our brand-new Reformer Pilates studio. We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Lead Instructor to make it a success. This is your chance to shape the future of Reformer Pilates at our club, from developing a standout class range to elevating service quality, and leading the creation of signature classes, workshops, and masterclasses that will set us apart. You’ll become a familiar face both in and out of the studio, within the club and across our community. You\’ll be working closely with the Group Exercise Manager as an ambassador of our market-leading group exercise offering. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, driven team, united by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering transformative member experiences. What you’ll doDeliver up to 20 classes weekly, with a focus on Reformer Pilates, aligned to our signature standards Support the GX Manager with 12 hours of weekly duties (e.g. programming, mentoring, studio standards) Lead instructor onboarding, feedback and shadowing Represent Third Space on the gym floor, social media, and at events Build a strong community by leading staff classes, engaging members, and creating inclusive group exercise environment Contribute to studio upkeep, cover solutions, and new class concept testing What we expectMat & Reformer Pilates Qualifications required Proven Reformer Pilates teaching experience in a group setting A confident, inspiring presence with strong musicality and coaching skill Passion for building a positive studio culture and community connection Proactive with cover, class delivery, and upholding GX standards Flexible with availability, including weekends and potential cross-club support Exclusivity from working with boutique competitors and other group exercise classes If you\’re ready to take the next step in your career, apply now
