Project Architect – Third Space
Are you a technically minded, design-driven Architect with a passion for creating exceptional spaces? Join Third Space, London’s luxury fitness and wellness brand, where we’re redefining what it means to train, recover, and connect. As we continue to grow our estate, we’re looking for a talented Project Architect to help shape the future of our clubs – ensuring every space reflects our premium brand identity and delivers an outstanding member experience.
This is a unique opportunity to work across both new club developments and high-impact refurbishments, collaborating with a dynamic team from our Soho office.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design of refurbishment projects across our existing estate, maintaining and elevating our brand standards
- Support the Design Manager on new club developments, reviewing technical drawing packs from external consultants
- Develop interior design concepts, technical drawings, and joinery details
- Contribute to the evolution of the Third Space Design Guide
- Collaborate with the wider Projects Team to shape creative direction from concept to completion
What You'll Bring:
- RIBA/ARB Part 1, 2 & 3 qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in a UK-based architectural office or design studio
- Proven experience delivering interior fit-out and retrofit projects across all RIBA stages
- Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and detail drawing production
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- A passion for interior design and the fitness & wellness sector
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
