- Own the day-to-day operation of the central office environment.
- Act as primary point of contact with Landlord and Housekeeping providers, as well as any office deliveries.
- Plan and coordinate central office events and training (including logistics, set-up and on-the-day running) in partnership with relevant teams.
- Own central health & safety compliance for the office environment ensuring all required training is completed.
- Champion and support community across the central team through a structured programme of office events and shared rituals that encourage connections.
About You:
- Experience managing an office or single-site environment in a growing organisation.
- Strong judgement in balancing operational delivery, experience and risk.
- Comfortable operating as a sole accountable owner in a busy environment.
