A strong passion for group fitness is a must, along with a sense of fun, professionalism, musicality and an energetic outlook on life. We’ll expect you to bring strong personality and showmanship to your classes, and in return, we will support your well-being and professional development. We provide varied learning and training opportunities within a fun and friendly environment.
We will expect you to take care to focus on the detail, with careful practice and preparation to deliver the perfect experience for our members every time. We truly believe that we are making a difference to the lives of our members, and we place them at the heart of everything we do.

Third Space Instructors also gain access to our team of concept Master Trainers who will support you with your learning and development, ensuring you are constantly improving.
Our class pay rates are highly competitive in the UK fitness industry and are based on the total number of classes you teach for us. The more timetabled classes you have, the greater the class rate. Starting rates are £31.50 for any new instructors at Third Space, but class pay can significantly rise depending on set total class bandings.
