What you’ll deliver:
- Deliver dynamic, results-driven Strength & Conditioning classes within The Yard, inspiring members to perform at their best.
- Provide expert coaching across functional strength, conditioning, and cross-training methodologies.
- Lead challenging and engaging workouts that build strength, resilience, endurance, and confidence.
- Maintain exceptional coaching standards through technical instruction, movement correction, and ongoing member support.
- Bring energy, personality, and presence to every class, creating an atmosphere that motivates and retains members.
- Champion the Third Space member experience by fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance training environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness coaches.
- Confident instructors who can lead and motivate large groups.
