Responsibilities:

  • Teach 20 group exercise classes per week.
  • Allocate 12 hours to business-related duties supporting the Group Exercise Manager.
  • Deliver high‑quality instruction with precision and attention to detail.
  • Represent the club at events, roadshows, and on social media.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Lead Instructor in Sports & Performance and Strength & Conditioning.
  • Experience with Classic and Cycle training is beneficial.
  • Strong personality, energy and showmanship for engaging classes.

Work Schedule:

32 hours per week: 20 classes and 12 hours of administrative duties.
