We're actively recruiting HYROX coaches to deliver performance training in our aspirational, premium group training sessions. Our HYROX offering includes purpose-built studios which emulate the demands of the race in a high-energy atmosphere, as well as run-specific classes to develop compromised running capability.

Our HYROX coaches are experts in executing a class that not only improves the physical attributes required to become a proficient HYROX athlete, but also the mental strength to maintain high intensity efforts and a competitive edge despite continuously accumulating fatigue. Our London clubs have developed a strong HYROX community, and members look to our instructors to lead and inspire them.

Our coaches recognise that HYROX athletes come from different backgrounds – from CrossFit, to running, to being a complete newcomer. They tailor their coaching of each member according to their individual needs, while managing a fast-paced group session. For that reason, you'll be skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, from keeping accurate timings, to individual observation and feedback, providing motivation, and answering member questions or challenges. You have an in depth understanding of HYROX style training, would have experience of this in your own training and understand how it feels to experience the demands of the race.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for HYROX and group exercise
  • Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification
  • Adept at helping people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
  • A flair for commanding the room, charisma, and presence
  • Studio coaching experience helpful, but not mandatory

What You'll Deliver

  • Dynamic sessions with a strong technical focus
  • Clear, personalised coaching and progression
  • Support for members on their HYROX race goals
  • A premium coaching experience that blends performance and community

What You'll Get

  • Best-in-class learning, training and professional development
  • Competitive class pay rates, starting at 35 per class, with potential increases based on total class bandings
  • A vibrant, collaborative and expert instructor community
  • Opportunities to inspire across multiple prestigious London clubs
