About the Role
We are lookingfora Lead S&C/S&P Instructor with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering highqualitygroup coaching.
You’lllead structured, progressive 12week training cycles built around treadmills, Hyrox, barbell work, cable systems, mobility, potentiation, accessories, and bodybuildinginfluenced strength development.
Your coaching will be grounded in a strong understanding of anatomy & physiology, movement mechanics, and intelligent program design.
You’llhelp members build their confidence, move better, and train with purpose.
As Lead Instructor, you will form a key part of our in-club Group Exercise presence.
You'lldrive community, deliver exceptional memberexperienceand play a huge role in ourcompany vision.
An engaging motivator with strong technicalproficiencyin Strength & Conditioning you'llbe part of launching one of our newest, innovative classes in our Clapham Junction club.
This role is 32 hours per week, 20 hours of teaching and 12 hours of admin/operational support.
- What You’ll Deliver
- Highenergygroup S&C/S&P sessions witha strong technical focus
- Coaching across treadmills, barbell lifts, cable systems, accessory work, and mobility
- Clear, personalised cueing and progression pathways
- Delivery of structured 12week progressive training blocks
- Intelligent warmups including mobility and potentiation phases
- Support for members across strength, hypertrophy, and movement quality goals
- A premium coaching experience that blends performance and community
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical coaching ability across barbell and cablebased movements
- Experience delivering similar style sessions
- Confident programming skills, ideally with experience writing progressive blocks
- Understanding of Anatomy&Physiology, biomechanics, and movement quality
- Ability to coach mixedability groups while maintaining high standard
- A passion for helping people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
