Overview

We are now looking for a Lead Instructor at Third Space Wimbledon, who will play a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive and transformative program that aligns with Third Space\’s dedication to excellence, more specifically within the S&C/S&P space.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 20 S&C and S&P classes weekly, aligned to our signature standards
  • Support the GX Manager with 12 hours of weekly duties (e.g. programming, mentoring, studio standards)
  • Lead instructor onboarding, feedback and shadowing
  • Represent Third Space on the gym floor, social media, and at events
  • Build a strong community by leading staff classes, engaging members, and creating inclusive group exercise environment
  • Contribute to studio upkeep, cover solutions, and new class concept testing
