Job Description
Just off the iconic King’s Road, Third Space Chelsea (opening early 2026) brings high-spec luxury training to the heart of SW3. Designed over five floors, this is training and wellness, elevated. As we prepare to open our doors, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Instructor to help shape a truly exceptional group exercise programme. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing our class range, elevating service quality, and contributing to the creation and expansion of signature classes, workshops, and masterclasses.
You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, driven community, united by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering transformative member experiences.
What you’ll do
- Deliver 20 high-energy S&C and S&P classes weekly, aligned to our signature standards
- Support the GX Manager with 12 hours of weekly duties (e.g. programming, mentoring, studio standards)
- Lead instructor onboarding, feedback and shadowing
- Represent Third Space on the gym floor, social media, and at events
- Build a strong community by leading staff classes, engaging members, and creating inclusive group exercise environment
- Contribute to studio upkeep, cover solutions, and new class concept testing
