We're actively seeking run coaches to deliver performance-driven classes in a motivating, premium group exercise environment across our London clubs. Our run concepts are a unique experience that blend world class coaching, science-led programming and musicality for an elevated training experience. We take a personalised approach in a group fitness setting, so every member feels both individually supported and challenged, and part of a running community inspired to perform at their best.
You'll be a runner and a run coach already, who is passionate not just about the conditioning element of running, but also keen to promote the movement quality and technical skills required to develop efficiency. You'll have the growth mindset and curiosity to learn more about these areas through our ongoing CPD, and eager to bring your energy and expertise to every session.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for running and group exercise
- Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification
- Ability to coach mixed ability groups while maintaining high standards
- Adept at helping people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
- A flair for commanding the room, charisma, and presence
- A sense of musicality
- Studio coaching experience helpful, but not mandatory
