Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.
Set back from the streets in central Wimbledon is a world-class wellness sanctuary unlike anything in South West London, with an expensive 42,000sq ft workout arena including sled track and Eleiko strength area. The club will also boast a 25m pool, a world-class wet spa, and bespoke studios finished to the highest standards to offer the signature classes and more. As such, we will offer the best group exercise products within the club and aim to offer our members circa 300 classes per week.
Our members have an unparalleled dedication to their training, with our classes are in more demand than ever and our members talk to us a lot about what they love and what improvements they think can be made to our Group Exercise offering. We are now looking for a Group Exercise Operations Assistant who will work alongside the Group Exercise Manager in order to ensure that we remain best in class and continue to be the Third Space for our members and enabling them to be their personal best.
This role will require you to teach a minimum of 10 classes per week and 30 hours of the week will be spent with our members – you\’ll be responding to their feedback on a daily basis and helping them with any problems they have with their classes. You\’ll also work closely with our instructor population to ensure that they are up to date with their admin and the Central Group Exercise team to assist with sourcing cover for instructors who are unable to attend their scheduled classes.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to able to manage a wide and varied workload and be just as comfortable engaging with people over the phone and via email as you are face to face, on the gym floor or in the studio. You\’ll be an experienced teacher and this role will suit you if you have longer term ambitions to progress into Group Exercise Management in the future.
If you\’re interested in this role, please apply now. As well as the usual you get for turning up for work, you will get complimentary membership to our amazing health clubs to attend as many cycling classes as your legs will allow! You will also receive discounted prices within our restaurant and Spa offerings as well as with our first class Personal Trainers.
This role is 30 hours per week of Group Exercise support, with the opportunity to teach up to 10 classes per week, paid in addition.
