Overview
We’re looking for a Group Exercise Manager to lead the timetable and instructor team at one of our established clubs, Third Space Tower Bridge. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in group exercise and a strong understanding of what it takes to run an efficient, high-quality programme.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the standard of delivery across all classes, managing day-to-day studio operations, and working with other departments to ensure a consistent experience for members. You’ll also help evolve our class offering over time by supporting with concept development, workshops and instructor training.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the planning and delivery of the club’s group exercise timetable
- Manage and support the instructor team to ensure consistent class standards
- Deliver your own classes as part of the timetable
- Ensure studio spaces are well-maintained, safe and operationally sound
- Collaborate with other departments to support member experience and engagement
- Contribute to the development of new concepts, workshops and initiatives
- Act as part of the leadership team, taking responsibility for key aspects of daily club operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing or coordinating group exercise in a professional setting
- A Level 2 fitness qualification (minimum) and proven teaching experience
- Strong organisational and operational skills, including rota and timetable management
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- An understanding of what high standards look like in a member-focused environment
