Job Description

We’re looking for a Group Exercise Manager to lead the timetable and instructor team at one of our established clubs, Third Space Mayfair. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in group exercise and a strong understanding of what it takes to run an efficient, high-quality Group Exercise offering.\\n\\nYou’ll be responsible for maintaining the standard of delivery across all classes, managing day-to-day studio operations, and working with other departments to ensure a consistent experience for members. You’ll also help evolve our class offering over time by supporting with concept development, workshops and instructor training.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Get\\n\\nA leadership role within one of London’s leading fitness brands\\n\\nResponsibility for a well-established group exercise programme\\n\\nA dynamic, high-performance culture with support from club and central support teams.\\n\\nOngoing training and development\\n\\nComplimentary club membership and staff benefits\\n\\nA part-time contract (20 hours/week) with additional teaching opportunities (up to 15 classes/week).\\n\\nAccess to industry-leading facilities and a passionate, expert team.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Do\\nOversee the planning and delivery of the club’s group exercise timetable\\n\\nManage and support the instructor team to ensure consistent class standards\\n\\nDeliver your own classes as part of the timetable\\n\\nEnsure studio spaces are well-maintained, safe and operationally sound\\n\\nCollaborate with other departments to support member experience and engagement\\n\\nContribute to the development of new concepts, workshops and initiatives\\n\\nAct as part of the leadership team, taking responsibility for key aspects of daily club operations\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\nProven track record of delivering world-class member experiences in a premium or luxury fitness environment  \\n\\nA Level 2 fitness qualification (minimum) and proven experience teaching classes at a high-standard\\n\\nStrong organisational and operational skills, including rota and timetable management\\n\\nExceptional communication and member engagement skills.\\n\\nAbility to interpret and influence KPIs through programming, member engagement, and operational excellence  If you’re looking for your next step in group exercise leadership, we’d like to hear from you.\\n\\nDemonstrated success working within cross-functional teams (e.g.
