Natural Fitness Food (NFF) is a health food and nutrition brand launched in 2015 by Third Space, a luxury health club in London. NFF has grown to thirteen locations and offers nutritious meals, snacks, protein shakes and speciality coffee. As we launch Third Space Chelsea in 2026, we are looking for a NFF Site Manager to help shape the new location.
Role Overview
As Site Manager, you will lead a diverse group of team members who serve members throughout the day, promote new products, maximise revenue and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience while upholding health & safety, food hygiene and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate staff to deliver high‑quality service and product promotion.
- Launch and promote new products, driving sales and revenue.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing team.

- Collaborate with the wider club team to promote NFF to members.

- Leadership experience in a quick‑service food establishment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
