We are looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager to manage multiple high‑profile projects, including new clubs and renovations of existing ones. Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will manage from start to finish projects, represent this company on project teams and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and maintain the design vision.

Work closely with all stakeholders within the business to ensure new clubs incorporate all operational requirements. Act as the company representative with external teams, including the QS, architects, designers, M&E, structural and other consultants. Be the decision‑maker on design elements and collaborate with external designers/architects on proposals for refurbishment/extension projects. Negotiate with landlords and work closely with them to understand specifications of spaces that could become future clubs.

Develop, coordinate and manage all associated RFI requirements and ensure LTA information is produced and submitted in line with project start timelines. Ensure energy management is a focus during design and implementation in new club builds, including any new innovation and BMS, and in refurbishments where feasible.

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who has proven experience managing capital projects from start to finish. Projects managed should range from low value to at least £15,000,000. Ideally you will have experience in end‑to‑end project management of mixed‑use spaces, preferably health clubs, swimming pools, spa facilities or similar.
