Third Space is looking for exceptional HYROX and Treadmill Coaches to deliver high-performance group training across our premium London clubs. Our purpose-built HYROX studios and run-specific environments are designed to replicate the demands of competition - combining world-class coaching, science-led programming and an energising group atmosphere.

As a Third Space coach, you'll deliver sessions that develop more than fitness. You'll coach the technical skills, movement quality, efficiency and long-term development - helping members train with purpose, confidence and consistency. You'll be passionate about coaching, curious to keep learning and committed to developing through ongoing CPD and industry-leading education.

Our London clubs have established strong, passionate communities, and members look to our coaches to lead, motivate and inspire. You'll be confident coaching mixed-ability groups while delivering a genuinely personalised experience - observing movement, providing individual feedback, managing timings, adapting to different needs and keeping the energy high. We're looking for coaches with presence, charisma and authenticity, combined with deep technical knowledge and real-world experience of HYROX and/or running.
What we're looking for
- Strong technical coaching ability in HYROX and/or Running
- Proven experience delivering high-quality group coaching
- Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification
- A passion for helping members train with purpose, confidence and consistency
- Strong presence, charisma and the ability to command a room
- A natural sense of musicality and energy
- Authenticity, curiosity and a commitment to continuous development
