We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-onAssistant Housekeeping Managerto support our pre-opening team atThird Space Whiteley. You’ll help lead our early and late shifts, ensuring all areas of the club are immaculate and guest-ready. This role is a hands-on role – not just managing, but actively working alongside the team to deliver exceptional standards from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Housekeeping Manager and wider team in preparing the club for launch and ensuring all housekeeping operations run smoothly
- Lead by example on shift, maintaining a strong presence and holding clear accountability for your areas
- Ensure the team follows all cleaning procedures, especially during training and onboarding of new joiners
- Carry out regular checks in high-traffic areas such as changing rooms, showers, studios, and communal spaces
- Manage restocking processes, deep cleaning schedules, and oversee task completion throughout your shift
- Monitor team punctuality, attitude, and performance, helping to build a high-functioning and reliable team culture
- Step in when needed to cover gaps in service and keep the club looking and feeling its best
- Play a key role in embedding standards and setting the tone for the club’s opening and beyond
