Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Trainer who is knowledgeable and professional in health and fitness and able to represent Third Space by offering advice and support to our members. This role is not for the shy or faint-hearted as you will be expected to confidently offer professional advice to club members and, in doing so, build up strong rapports.

As a Trainer, you must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached. The ideal candidate will be motivated and committed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to work from as early as 05:00, as late as 22:45 and weekends.

Please note that this is a Trainer role only and does not include any aspect of Personal Training; however, you will be enrolled onto our Academy career path, where over the course of 6-12 months, you will be supported by our Education Team to develop your PT skills. You will be assessed by a number of differing criteria, practical skills, training inductions and interactions you achieve and, if successful, you can move up the ranks to then becoming a Personal Trainer.

You will have/be:

  • Strong communication skills and have a natural flair for going above and beyond the expectations of our members
  • Serve as a customer service liaison between members and management
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and a clear focus on providing a first-class member experience
  • Responsible for uploading gym floor experience in line with our brand standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification / or a degree in Sport & Exercise (or a nationally accredited equivalent)
