Natural Fitness Food is looking for a proactive Site Supervisor (F&B Retail) to join the team at Third Space The Whiteley. The position will report directly to the Site Manager. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Site Manager in overseeing the Natural Fitness Food Department, achieving targets whilst operating in a safe and hygienic environment. They will also act as an ambassador ensuring all customers receive outstanding service by promoting and providing information on all products sold.
We are seeking a proactive and positive individual with a strong retail or health club background, preferably with previous management or operational experience as well as a keen interest to work within the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Site Manager in driving performance, with a focus on attention to detail and customer experience.
- Ensure the Food Retail team follows the cleaning procedures, particularly with new team members, and regularly check key areas, such as stock rooms, display fridges and freezers, ensuring all tasks are completed and compliant with Food Health & Safety Regulations.
- Take ownership of tasks such as restocking, stock ordering and deep cleaning of counter areas, and ensure the team stays on top of tasks like restocking and detailed cleaning.
- Proactively manage team attendance and punctuality, ensuring a high-performing, reliable team.
- Address and resolve any challenges within the team – including having difficult conversations when necessary.
- Be willing to step in and cover for team members when needed to prevent gaps in service, ensuring our club always meets the highest standards.
- Previous food retail experience.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
- A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
- Someone who is comfortable having difficult conversations and managing a team to perform their best.
- A flexible, hardworking attitude, committed to consistently delivering the best results.
- You must be hands-on and ready to lead by example, ensuring the team stays focused and the club is always at its best.
