Third Space is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our central maintenance team at our London clubs. You will oversee daily, reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring facilities, equipment and finishes are kept to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will work with external contractors and ensure compliance with Electricity at Work and Health & Safety regulations across all sites, with a proactive approach to cost-effective repairs and upgrades.
