You’ll manage and develop our People systems, support reporting and analytics, drive automation and help create a more data-driven function.

You’ll combine technical capability with stakeholder support, translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences, and you’ll design dashboards using Power BI and other tools to empower managers with clear insights.
