Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.
Last year we opened 4 brand new clubs, taking us to 13 in London. This year and beyond, our plan is to almost double our estate, as well as continue the ongoing refurbishments of our existing portfolio. Thanks to this exciting expansion, we are looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager who will look after a portfolio of projects across London.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, you will manage from start to finish multiple high-profile projects, including new clubs and the renovation of existing. You will represent Third Space on project teams and ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget whilst maintaining the design vision. Work closely with all stakeholders within the business on any matters required to ensure all new clubs are delivered incorporating any new and existing operational requirements.
Act as the Third Space representative with external teams, including the QS, Architect, designers, M&E, structural and any other consultants necessary to ensure the delivery of new club and refurbishment projects. Be the decision-maker on elements of design and work with external designers/Architects on the proposal of any refurbishment/extension project to existing clubs. Negotiate with landlords and work closely with them to understand specifications of spaces that could be a future Third Space.
Development, coordination and management of any associated RFI requirements. Also ensure LTA information is produced and submitted in line with any project start timelines. Ensure energy management is focused on during design and implementation in new club builds, including any new innovation and BMS. Also refurbishments where feasible.
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who has proven experience managing a mixture of capital projects from start to finish. Values of these projects range from low value to at least £5,000,000. Ideally you will have experience in end-to-end project management of mixed-use spaces, preferably health clubs, swimming pools, spa facilities or similar.
As well as joining a high-growth, entrepreneurial and premium lifestyle brand, we have a suite of benefits designed to help you maximise good health and wellness. You and a friend or family member will be given a complimentary Group membership which will give you access to all of our clubs and we will actively encourage you to use your additional benefits which include discounted rates across our Spa, Medical, Nutrition and Hospitality brands.
