Natural Fitness Food (NFF) is a health food and nutrition brand operating within Third Space clubs. As we prepare to open the Third Space Queen's Park location, we seek a talented Natural Fitness Food Site Manager to lead a team, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate a diverse team that engages with members throughout the day, launching and promoting new products while maximizing revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop and retain staff, fostering a sense of pride and passion in their everyday delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand their needs and motivations, identifying new ways to motivate and engage them in daily activities.
- Promote NFF products to the member population and work with the wider club team to increase engagement.
- Maintain and exceed commitments to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Customer Service, instilling the same standards in the team.
- Balance multiple priorities on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring exceptional service standards and continuous improvement of the member and team member experience.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a quick‑service food establishment, with demonstrated ability to manage a team.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, confident interacting with people at all levels.
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, fun, yet professional environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and for continuous improvement of both customer and employee experience.
