What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Housekeeping Attendants
- Ensure all areas of the club (including reception, gym floor, studios, changing rooms, spa, and lounges) are consistently clean and presented to the highest standard
- Keep all fitness equipment sanitised and maintained
- Manage stock levels of towels and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment
- Respond to ad hoc cleaning needs and prioritise tasks based on club usage
- Log and escalate maintenance or repair issues as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, interacting with members in a warm and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless club experience
