Your role is to drive revenue selling to English primary, secondary, and multi‑academy trusts. To enable this, you will receive a regular flow of inbound leads through our go‑to‑market channels but we also expect you to prospect daily to engage the wider schools market and ensure we continue to expand our support to as many students as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of your pipeline, managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle
  • Exceeding activity, prospecting, conversion, and revenue goals
  • Developing the sales pipeline in order to acquire new customers
  • Improving our key metrics; pitch to rate, conversion rate, average sale value, average contract length
  • Maintaining a tight feedback loop with the wider team, actively suggesting product improvements to strengthen our market position
  • Ensuring meticulous usage of our key tools: TSL platform, Salesforce (CRM), Reply (sales automation tool), Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your territory
  • Becoming an authority on Third Space Learning
  • Gaining an in‑depth knowledge of the sector and competition
  • Professionally representing Third Space Learning to its customer base
  • Attending national events to drive lead generation and boost brand visibility
  • Delivering training and helping to onboard new members of the team as we grow

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years experience selling to English state schools
  • Track record of exceeding quotas of ÂŁ400k+ per year
  • Experience generating pipeline (pipeline‑generating AE or former SDR)
  • An excellent communicator
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone and in person
  • A tenacious attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Energy and creativity: positivity and enthusiasm at the core of our sales team
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Adaptable and motivated by the pace of a rapidly evolving scale‑up environment
  • Clear passion for our mission and eagerness to make your mark
  • Drive to find new solutions and keen to explore prospecting in new ways
  • London based (expect 2+ days in office per week)
