We are now looking for a Lead Instructor at Third Space Canary Wharf, who will play a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive and transformative program that aligns with Third Space's dedication to excellence, more specifically within the S&C/S&P space.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver 20 S&C, Barre & Cycle classes weekly, aligned to our signature standards
- Support the GX Manager with 12 hours of weekly duties (e.g. programming, mentoring, studio standards)
- Lead instructor onboarding, feedback and shadowing
- Represent Third Space on the gym floor, social media, and at events
- Build a strong community by leading staff classes, engaging members, and creating an inclusive group exercise environment
- Contribute to studio upkeep, cover solutions, and new class concept testing
