We are looking for a Regional Fundraiser to deliver locally tailored activity, building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters, community groups, businesses and volunteers to grow income and engagement.
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in West Berkshire.

The Role: Work closely with the Regional Fundraising Team Manager and colleagues, contributing to planning, delivery and mitigation across key income streams. Work with national leads (corporate, in memory, events, legacies) and Regional Fundraising leads (major donors, volunteer-led). Be an ambassador, representing the charity within the local community, promoting collaboration across hospice, retail and fundraising teams. Ensure excellent supporter stewardship, accurate data management and compliant fundraising practice.
The Candidate: Experience of successfully delivering activity in line with fundraising strategy. Experience of delivering net income, ideally from income streams including corporate, in memory, events (third-party and staff led), high value (5k+), community groups and volunteer-led activity. Experience of forming, nurturing and maintaining relationships within local communities including individuals, groups and associations to deliver growth in income. Experience of using a fundraising CRM to manage activity. Driving licence preferable.
