We are looking for a Regional Fundraiser to deliver locally tailored fundraising activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters, community groups, businesses and volunteers to grow income and engagement. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the West Berkshire area.

The Role
- Work closely with the Regional Fundraising Team Manager and colleagues, contributing to planning and delivery of a range of fundraising activities.
- Work with various internal Fundraising leads to further support and deliver a portfolio of activities.
- Be an ambassador, representing the charity within the local community, promoting collaboration across hospice, retail and fundraising teams.
- Ensure excellent supporter stewardship, accurate data management and compliant fundraising practice.
The Candidate
- Experience of successfully delivering fundraising activities.
- Experience of forming, nurturing and maintaining relationships within local communities including individuals, groups and associations to deliver growth in income.
- Experience of using a fundraising CRM to manage activity.
- Driving licence strongly preferred.
