We are recruiting for a temporary People, Culture & Governance Officer for an amazing social welfare charity tackling poverty. You will provide administrative support to the Director of People and Culture and the wider directorate in support of the functions of the Director of People, Culture & Governance.
Hybrid working 1 or 2 days+ in their London office.
The Role:
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of People, Culture & Governance.
- To provide administrative support and project management for People & Culture related activities, projects and meetings.
- To support internal communications on behalf of the Director of People, Culture & Governance.
- To liaise with external providers supporting the organisation's People & Culture and Governance work.
- To provide administrative support in creating presentations and documents for Board meetings, Organisational Leadership Team, Heads and other meetings and events.
- To support the directorate in its work with ensuring an inclusive and values driven organisation.
The Candidate:
- Strong EA and Administrative skills to senior level.
- Experience of diary management, organisation of meetings, travel arranging, and email management.
- Some experience of project management.
- An understanding of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and how it applies to the work of the charity.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 including use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills: able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to confidently engage with different people both virtually and in person.
