Join hoot and help shape creative mental health support across Kirklees. We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and creative Project Manager to lead our Out of the Blue (OOB) service — a community-based creative health programme supporting adult mental health through participatory arts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong project management and leadership skills with a commitment to co-production, inclusion and trauma-aligned practice.

You’ll lead the planning, coordination and development of a diverse creative programme, working closely with artists, Creative Support Workers, participants, partners and commissioners to ensure the service delivers meaningful impact across Kirklees communities. Work may be required across North and South Kirklees. hoot operate an agile working policy. However, this post requires presence in the office to support team and build on reflective practice. Visits to other delivery sites across Kirklees necessary from time to time. Opportunity to work from home for a percentage of contracted hours will be possible dependent on needs of the charity and phases of delivery.
