hoot creative arts is looking for a confident and conscientious Administration Officer to join the team. The role will provide a front of house reception service and a variety of practical administrative support to staff and its projects. The role also includes handling sensitive and confidential information and answering occasional sensitive phone calls where people may be experiencing anxiety, worry and sometimes distress. You will also be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
