Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced individual in audience development and event delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering a programme of events at Ellisland Farm, supporting our project “Saving the Home of Auld Lang Syne”.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging visitor services, events, and outreach activities to attract diverse audiences.
  • Implement educational and youth-focused events.
  • Establish and manage a youth volunteer programme to enhance community engagement.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow our audiences and ensure the museum and heritage site are accessible and welcoming to all visitors.
